Plating
We offer wide range of plating finishes including Vat Nickel Plating, Barrel Nickel Plating, Vat Chrome Plating, Zinc plating on Brass and M.S, items up to 1 to 25 micron as per customer's requirement.
Burnishing
We use modern techniques to polish and harden the surface of the products that gives 'em smooth surface and straight hardness as required.
Forging
Excess heat and pressure in precise closed dies results into repeating dimensional accuracy from every part and lot. Excellent surface finish with a clean lustrous appearance is readily available with brass forgings.
Knurling
we manufacture straight, diamond, left hand and right hand knurling, with varieties of patterns including fine, medium, and coarse versions of each type. Fine knurling has the lowest profile whereas coarse knurling has prominent ridges to provide greater friction for gripping.
